There are a variety of obstacles that might get in your way of being the best you can be when performing. If you are an equestrian for example, competition nerves might hinder your ability to achieve your desired result at an event or you might forget your jump course or dressage test. At work, it could be a case of forgetting your speech when addressing a meeting or having anger management issues. In life, we can underperform in our relationships as a partner and/or parent, want to attract more abundance or struggle with studies and exams.

All of these things can be improved through the use of hypnosis and other strategies I use in our sessions. For example, I’ve had clients come to me due to the anxiety they have felt when riding their horse. We used hypnosis and diaphragmatic breathing during sessions to reduce the anxiety felt and give them more confidence.
