One of my success stories in this area is of a diabetic client that came to see me to lose weight and increase her motivation for exercise. Since having her three sessions of hypnosis she has now lost 20 kilos, exercises almost daily and has reduced her blood sugar down to a healthy level with a goal of coming off her medication. Her doctor is very pleased as is she.
